Notes about Fantasico: Fantastico is an auto installer within CPanel, that will automatically install Free Open Source software with just a few clicks. A list of a few of the scripts in Fantastico are shown below . For a more comprehensive list please click here.
Please note that you don't need to have Fantastico as part of your hosting plan, to install the scripts below, as they are all open source scripts, and are free for anyone to install. Fantastico just makes installation of these scripts easier and faster, via an auto installer. If you are joining our Corporate Web Plan, you can install the software in Fantastico, by visiting our Fantastico webpage, and clicking on the 'website' link of the software title that you would like to install. You can then download the software directly from the developers website, and manually install the software into your hosting space. |

Note 1: Extra domains are attached to your existing domain, and forward to the root directory of your hosting account. You can only have one website per hosting plan. If we find that you are hosting more than one website inside your hosting plan, by redirecting a second domain to a sub domain, we reserve the right to charge you for two hosting plans.
Note 2: Account re-setups are required if your account has been terminated, and needs setting up again. Also if you require your domain name changing to a different one, we then have to do an account reset.
Note 3: We reserve the right to charge this fee before your account is unsuspended, if it has been suspended due to non payment of hosting fees.

** We offer FREE setup for most web hosting plans. However if you signup and we setup your hosting account, and then you want to cancel soon after signing up and you haven't paid your hosting invoice from us, you be charged a account administration fee. This fee will either be $25+GST, or it will be the initial invoiced hosting amount, whichever is the lesser amount. This fee will cover our time in setting up, and then canceling the hosting account. This administration fee does not apply to hosting clients who have already paid for their web hosting account, and then decide to cancel it at a later date.
*** Most hosting plans have a minimum 12 month term, and are prepay. Our billing month starts at the beginning of the calendar month, and ends on the last day of the calendar month. Therefore when you order a hosting plan, you must pay for the 12 months of hosting, plus a pro rata payment for the remaining days of the billing month that you signup in. Our Corporate & Business Web Plans only have a 1 month contract term.
If you ever need to cancel your hosting account at any time, you MUST let us know. Notice of cancellation must be made at least 10 days BEFORE the end of your current billing cycle, otherwise you will be charged for the next full term of your hosting. All hosting accounts are prepay. Please note that we do not offer pro rata refunds for unused days, weeks or months of hosting. For more information, please read our 'General Hosting Conditions', located in our 'Terms Of Service'. This can be found by clicking here.
EOL* - EOL is an acronym for 'End Of Life'. Server features that have (EOL) next to them, are those that have reached the end of their usable life, and the feature potentially could be removed from the server at any time, and without notice. Products reach the 'End Of Life' stage because the software vendor/developer has either replaced the software with a new version or an entirely new product, or they have phased it out. This means that they no longer provide any support for the software/feature, or provide any security fixes for it. Hence any features that we list that has (EOL) next to it, we don't provide any support for, and the feature is provided 'as is'. We also reserve the right to remove any EOL software/feature from the server without notice, especially if it becomes a security threat, as old software can become susceptible to hackers. Unlike many hosting providers who remove EOL features immediately, we will always try to keep an EOL product available for as long as is practicably possible.
